Designed to empower young athletes with the knowledge and tools they need to stay healthy, perform at their best, and minimize the risk of injuries. Through combination of education, practical exercises, and targeted training, participants will learn how to protect their bodies, enhance performance, and enjoy the beautiful game of soccer safely. Sessions will be led by Valencia Vigarino who is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Coaches Bryan Santos, Maciej Silwinski along with guest coaches who are currently working with GSO Soccer Athletics.
